Privacy policy
This website has no forms and no accounts, and it never asks for your name or contact details. Our home page uses Google Analytics to measure visits, which sets analytics cookies outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Anything you enter on Villiers’ site when you request pricing is collected by Villiers under their own privacy policy.

What we collect
No names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details. There is no enquiry form, no sign-up and no account on this site. The price search runs in your browser: the routes and passenger numbers you type are not sent to us or to Google.
Google Analytics on our home page
Our home page loads Google Analytics 4, a measurement service from Google, so we can see how many people visit and how they found us. Other pages on this site do not load it. It records your visit to the home page, and may record pages you go on to open from it during the same visit: the pages viewed, the site or search engine that sent you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which tell a returning visitor from a new one. We have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used for advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are switched off for you. No analytics cookie is set, and Google receives only cookieless pings that carry no identifier.
You can block Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker. Google explains its own use of this data in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
What our host processes
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use it to identify visitors.
When you follow a link to Villiers
Links from this site to villiers.ai carry a tracking parameter that identifies us as the referring partner. Villiers records it in your browser for that session so a booking can be attributed to us. It tells us nothing about you.
When you request pricing, you enter your trip and contact details on Villiers’ own site. Those details are collected by Villiers Jets, not by us, and are governed by their privacy policy. Questions about that information should go to Villiers.
Cookies
The home page sets the Google Analytics cookies described above, except for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. No advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights under the UK and EU GDPR or the CCPA to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We hold no names or contact details for visitors; the only visitor data is the pseudonymous analytics described above, which Google holds for us. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Changes
If what this site collects changes — for example, if a form is added or analytics is extended beyond the home page — this policy will be updated first, and the date at the top of this page will change.
This policy describes our actual practice. It is not legal advice, and Book a Private Jet should have it reviewed by counsel against the jurisdictions it operates in before launch.
