Book a Private Jet earns a commission when a charter arranged through our referrals completes. You pay the same price either way. We are not an air carrier, we do not operate aircraft, and we are not the party that quotes or contracts your flight.

How we are paid
Book a Private Jet is an independent referral site. When you follow a link from this site to Villiers Jets, a private jet charter broker, and go on to book a flight, we receive a share of the commission Villiers earns on that booking. We may also receive commission on later bookings you make with Villiers.
This costs you nothing. Our commission comes out of the broker’s margin, not out of an increase to your price, and we have no ability to alter what you are quoted.
What we are not
We are not an air carrier. Book a Private Jet does not own, operate, lease or crew any aircraft, and holds no operating certificate. We do not sell air transportation and we are not a party to your charter contract.
We are not your broker. The charter itself is arranged by Villiers with third-party operators. Those operators hold an FAA Part 135 certificate or the equivalent foreign Air Operator Certificate, and they are the entities that actually operate the flight and carry the required insurance.
We are also not affiliated with Villiers beyond this commercial referral relationship. We do not speak for Villiers, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement by them.
What this means for the prices on this site
Every price we publish is an estimate, derived from historical charter pricing for the route and aircraft category, and each is labelled with the date it was captured. An estimate is not an offer, not a quote, and not a price we are able to hold. Your bookable price comes from the operator and reflects aircraft availability, crew duty limits, airport and handling fees, and the date you fly.
Our commission does not vary by aircraft category in a way that would make it pay to push you upward, and we would rather tell you that scheduled service is the better answer for your trip than sell you a flight you did not need.
Links to Villiers
Links from this site to villiers.ai carry a tracking parameter that identifies us as the referring partner, and Villiers records it for your browser session. That is how a booking is attributed to us. It does not identify you to us, and it does not change the price or the terms you are offered. This site has no forms: any details you give are entered on Villiers’ site, not ours.
Regulatory note
This disclosure is made under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). Advertising by air charter brokers is separately regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation under 14 CFR Part 295, which governs how charter brokers must describe their role and their relationship to direct air carriers.
